Seitan Sausage

Today I made some seitan sausage from this recipe Spicy Italian Vegetarian Sausages

All the ingredients here, had to buy seasoning stuff for 18 euros. I also added liquid smoke, some sesame oil, white vinegar and more olive oil and spices.


Wrapped the seitan into foil.


Steamed them in a wok.


Ready.


I have tasted them and at the moment they are VERY soft, going to let them chill overnight and see if they get harder (lol). Maybe there was too much steam.

The taste is good, but I bet it can be made 10 times better. Going to experiment more with the seasoning next time.
